I thought the service was bad, like not wanting to support you in the purchase. I asked for measurements of a product and I had to take the measure myself. Bad service. This place has been in steep decline since the founding owner died. It's a shame: it used to be one of the best hardware and locksmith shops. Today it's not even a shadow of what it used to be.
